How to Avoid Brush Marks & Streaks

For the best finish, apply the sealer slowly, evenly and in thin layers.

1. Use a Damp Sponge

Apply with a slightly damp sponge to help spread the sealer more smoothly and evenly.

2. Work in One Direction

Keep each pass moving in the same direction across the surface. Avoid repeatedly brushing back and forth, which may leave visible streaks.

3. Apply Thin, Even Coats

Apply a thin, uniform layer and allow it to dry completely before applying the next coat.
