Welcome to JDiction's Shipping Policy. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to JDiction. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery timeframes, costs, and your responsibilities as a customer when ordering products through our Services.
This Shipping Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. By placing an order with JDiction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Shipping Policy.

SECTION 1 - SHIPPING COVERAGE
JDiction currently provides shipping services exclusively within the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, and Australia.
All orders must be shipped to a valid street address within our shipping coverage area.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES
Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days)
- Shipping Rates: FREE Shipping on orders $35.00 and above. $5.00 shipping fee for orders between $9.99 - $34.99.
- Delivery timeframe: 3-7 business days from order processing

All delivery timeframes are estimates based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier circumstances beyond our control.
SECTION 3 - ORDER PROCESSING
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This email serves as confirmation that we have received your order but does not guarantee product availability.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
Business Days: For the purposes of this policy, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value and selected shipping method:
Free Shipping Qualification: Standard shipping is free on all orders totaling $35.00 or more before taxes.
Shipping Cost Display: All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. The total shipping cost will be included in your order confirmation email.
No Hidden Fees: The shipping cost displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost. We do not add additional handling fees, fuel surcharges, or other shipping-related fees.
SECTION 5 - DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Attempts: Our shipping carriers will typically make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the package may be returned to our facility, and you may be responsible for additional shipping charges for redelivery.
Signature Requirements: Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. You will be notified if your order requires signature confirmation.
Safe Delivery: Once your order has been delivered to the address provided, JDiction is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend tracking your package and being available to receive delivery.
SECTION 6 - TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Tracking Information: You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. This information allows you to monitor your package's progress during transit.
Tracking Updates: Tracking information is updated by the shipping carrier and may take 24-48 hours to reflect the latest status. For the most current tracking information, please check directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
Delivery Issues: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at support@jdictioncraft.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
SECTION 7 - SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Weather-Related Delays: Severe weather conditions may cause shipping delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframes. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other acts of nature.
Peak Season Shipping: During peak shipping seasons (including but not limited to holidays, Black Friday, Cyber Monday), processing and delivery times may be extended. We will notify customers of any expected delays during these periods.
Address Changes: Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
Refused Packages: If you refuse delivery of your package, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the refund amount may be reduced by these costs.
SECTION 8 - DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at support@jdictioncraft.com with photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either reship your order at no additional cost or provide a full refund, at our discretion.
Filing Claims: For damaged or lost packages, we will handle all communications and claims with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
SECTION 9 - SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Restricted Items: Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page and during checkout.
Address Limitations: We cannot ship to certain addresses including but not limited to correctional facilities, military bases (APO/FPO), or addresses that our shipping carriers cannot service.
Quantity Limits: We reserve the right to limit shipping quantities of certain products to any single address or customer.

By placing an order with JDiction, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete shipping information
- Be available to receive your delivery or arrange for someone to receive it on your behalf

JDiction shall not be liable for any delays or failures in shipping or delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, pandemic, carrier delays, or other force majeure events.
